Turn off the water supply to the faucet. There should be two shut-off valves under the sink. Turn both valves clockwise to turn off the water.
Open the faucet to release any remaining water in the lines.
Place a bucket or bowl under the faucet to catch any water that may leak out.
Remove the aerator. The aerator is the small, screen-like attachment at the end of the faucet. Use an adjustable wrench to loosen the aerator and remove it.
Remove the handle. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the handle in place. Pull the handle straight up to remove it.
