3. Turn Off the Water Supply

Before you start working on the faucet, be sure to turn off the water supply. You can do this by turning off the shut-off valves under the sink. Once the water supply is turned off, open the faucet to release any remaining water.

4. Remove the Handle

7. Reinstall the Handle

Once the cartridge is replaced, you can reinstall the handle. Align the handle with the stem and then push it down until it clicks into place. Tighten the screw to secure the handle.
