For the sides of the cabinet, cut two 1x4 pine boards to 30 inches long and two 1x4 pine boards to 18 inches long.

For the top and bottom of the cabinet, cut two pieces of 1/2-inch plywood to 30 inches by 18 inches.

5. Install the cabinet.

Measure and mark the location of the cabinet on the wall.
Drill pilot holes into the wall and drive screws through the holes into the wall studs.
Hang the cabinet on the screws.
